Daye Special Steel changes name to CITIC Special Steel

On October 11, CITIC Special Steel's reorganization and rebranding ceremony was held.
In January of this year, Daye Special Steel acquired 86.5% equity of Xingcheng Special Steel by issuing shares, and realized the overall listing of CITIC Group's special steel sector. The company's name was changed from Daye Special Steel Co., Ltd. to CITIC Pacific Special Steel Group Co., Ltd., and the stock short name was changed into CITIC Special Steel.
CITIC Special Steel has an annual production capacity of more than 13 million tons of special steel, which is a high-quality special steel production base with large coverage of steel types, covering all varieties and product categories.
