India initiates the first anti-dumping sunset review of 304 series stainless steel hot-rolled plates in China

On October 3, 2019, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of India announced that the first anti-dumping sunset review investigation of 304 series stainless steel hot-rolled plates originating in or importing from China, Korea and Malaysia was conducted in response to a joint application submitted by Indian domestic enterprises. The dumping investigation period was April 2018 to March 2019 (12 months), and the damage investigation period was from 2015 to 2016, 2016 to 2017, 2017 to 2018 and the dumping investigation period. This case concerns products under Indian Customs Codes 7219 and 7220.
On March 11, 2014, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of India conducted an anti-dumping investigation on 304 series stainless steel hot-rolled plates originating in China, Korea and Malaysia. On March 9, 2015, the Indian Ministry of Commerce and Industry made a definitive final ruling on the case.
