Australia-based Boonanarring Mineral Sands Project invested by Orient Zirconic to be unveiled

The Boonanrring Mineral Sands Project invested by Australia Donggao, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Orient Zirconic, will be unveiled formally on September 19th. The project is located 80 kilometers north of Perth in the infrastructure-rich North Perth Basin in Western Australia.
According to the introduction made by a source from Orient Zirconic, the project finished fund-raising in April-May 2018 and construction within six months, started debugging in October-November 2018 and then ushered in the six-month production ramp-up period in December 2018. The source further noted that the project is expected to produce 240,000t of heavy mineral concentrate in 2019 and realize revenues of ADS140 million. In addition, the project is expected to produce 300,000t of heavy mineral concentrate in 2020 and realize revenues of RMB200 million. All the products produced by the project will be sold to China.
