    In July, Panzhihua-based ilmenite price continued to decline slightly, with shrinking demand due to the sluggish downstream market.     As for ferrotitanium, prices for Chinese high grade ferronickel went up due to raw material titanium scrap price rising; prices for low grade ferronickel edged down as downstream industry entered off season; European ferrotitanium prices moved down; export prices of high grade ferronickel from Russian market decreased, with shrinking downstream demand.
