Western Mining plans to acquire 80% equity of Xinjiang Ruilun Mining

Western Mining Co., Ltd. announced on August 9 that the company plans to acquire 80% equity of Xinjiang Ruilun Mining Industry Co., Ltd. held by Western Mining Group Co., Ltd., a controlling shareholder of Western Mining Co., Ltd. The purchase price would not higher than the estimated value of the equity to be acquired of 229 million yuan (about 32.422 million US dollars). The annual mining and dressing capacity of Xinjiang Ruilun Mining is 450,000t.
