Selen Science & Technology and Farasis sign intention letter for cooperation in Al-plastic film business

On the evening of July 28, Selen Science & Technology Co., Ltd. announced that the company and its wholly-owned subsidies Selen Composite Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Selen Composite") and Selen Japan signed the Letter of Intention for Cooperation with Farasis on further cooperation and subsequent transactions regarding Al-plastic film business. According to the agreement, Selen Composite and Selen Japan should give priority to satisfying the purchasing requirements of Farasis for its products. If Toppan Printing Co. Ltd. agrees to transfer the patent licensing rights related to Al-plastic film business to Selen Composite, and all the non-patented technologies related to Al-plastic film business are injected into Selen Composite by Selen Science & Technology, Farasis will consider cooperating with Selen Science and Technology in equity.
