Sanxiang Advanced Materials to jointly build zirconium oxychloride project with others

According to the report released by Sanxiang Advanced Materials on July 10th, the company plans to jointly build a zirconium oxychloride project of 20,000t with natural persons Shi Zhengjun and Jiao Xizhang in order to boost its strategic development plan and stimulate the development of zirconium industry. The implementation entity of the project will be Liaoning Huaxiang New Material Co., Ltd. Sanxiang New Materials and other two parities will invest the project in accordance with the proportion of shares they hold for the implementation entity. Thus, among the total investment of RMB358.5 million (52,219,892) in the project, Sanxiang Advanced Materials will invest RMB215.1 million (USD31,331,935) while the other two parties will invest in RMB143.4 million (USD20,887,957) in total.
