Masteel Group: SASAC agrees to gratuitously transfer 51% equity of Masteel

Masteel Group released on late 27 June that the company received " Approval of relevant issues concerning gratuitous transfer of state-owned equity in Magang (Group) Holding Co., Ltd." from State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (SASAC), who agreed the equity transfer.
On 31 May, 2019, China Baowu Steel Group, a wholly owned company of SASAC of the State Council and State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Anhui, who holds 100% equity of Magang Group, signed a deal to acquire 51% equity in Magang Group Holding Co., Ltd.
