On June 22, JISCO and Jinchuan Group Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement in Jiayuguan. According to the agreement, the two parties will establish a long-term, stable, mutually beneficial and win-win strategic and cooperative relationship, continuously enhance the depth and breadth of multi-faceted and multi-field cooperation, and work together to promote high-quality development.
JISCO has formed a diversified business structure led by the two major industries of steel and aluminum, including power and energy, logistics, equipment manufacturing, architectural design and construction, new building materials, hotel catering, real estate, and modern agriculture. Jinchuan Group is a well-known multinational group, the largest nickel, cobalt and platinum group metal production enterprise and the third largest copper production enterprise in China. The two parties have complementary advantages and broad prospects for cooperation.
