On March 25, 2019, the U . S . Department of Commerce made the second anti-subsidy rapid sunset review final ruling on the import of circular welded carbon steel pipes from China . On April 16, 2019, the U . S . Department of Commerce issued the second anti-dumping fast sunset review final ruling on circular welded carbon steel pipes imported from China.

International Trade Commission (USITC) made a final affirmative judgment on the industrial damage caused by the second sunset review of anti-dumping and countervailing measures against imported circular welded carbon steel pipes from China . Within a reasonable and predictable period, if the anti-dumping duties of the products involved were abolished, the substantial damage caused by the imports of the products involved to the domestic industries of the United States would continue or recur . In this ruling, all four members voted in the affirmative . Based on the above positive findings, the current anti-dumping and countervailing measures for circular welded carbon steel pipe will continue to be effective.
