Delong Rod Project Phase 1 to go into production in late August

Xuzhou Delong Metal Technology Co., Ltd. is in vigorous construction of its rod production line project with an annual production capacity of 1.6 million tons. The construction of the Phase 1 project, which represents an annual production capacity of 800,000t of large rod, goes well with the construction of infrastructure to be finished on June 30. The Phase 1 project will go into production in late August.
With total investment of RMB1.6 billion (USD231 million), the high alloy steel rod production line project invested this time covers an area of 533,334 square meters. The project will mainly produce tube blank steel, free-cutting steel and forging steel. After the construction is finished, the project will be the largest stainless steel production line in Huaihai Economic Zone, whose revenue from sales would reach RMB10 billion (USD1.45 billion) and total profit and tax would reach RMB500 million (USD72.34 million).
