China sees dumping in stainless steel billet, hot-rolled plate/coil made in EU, Japan, South Korea and Indonesia

On March 22, the Ministry of Commerce of China issued its notice No.9 in 2019 and released its preliminary determination of anti-dumping duty (AD) investigation on stainless steel billet, hot-rolled plate/coil (the goods) originating in the EU, Japan, South Korea and Indonesia.
The Ministry of Commerce of China thought that dumping of the goods did injure China's industries materially, so it decided to take AD measures via cash deposit on the goods imported from above four countries. From March 23, 2019, Chinese importers should deliver the cash deposit of 18 . 1%-103 . 1% to China Customs for imports of the goods from the EU, Japan, South Korea and Indonesia.
The goods were under 20 tariff codes of China, such as 72189100, 72189900, 72191100, 72191200 and so on.
