CITIC Dameng signs agreement with Xishan Investment

Recently, CITIC Dameng announced that its indirectly wholly-owned affiliate CITIC Dameng Mining Industries Limited ("CITIC Dameng Mining") signed an agreement with Guangxi Xishan Investment & Holding Co., Ltd. ("Xishan Investment") on 25 January, 2019. According to the agreement, Xishan Investment will provide underground mining service and underground infrastructure construction service in Daxin manganese mine from 1 January, 2019 to 31 December, 2021 while CITIC Dameng Mining will be responsible for power supply and auxiliary materials in the mine during the abovementioned period.
It's found that Daxin manganese mine is owned and operated by CITIC Dameng Mining.
Both parties expect to see an output of 1.25 million tons, 1.35 million tons and 1.45 million tons of ore from the mine in 2019, 2020 and 2021 respectively. The service charge will be about RMB130/t during these three years.
