Pinggang Iron & Steel signs silicomanganese supply strategic cooperation agreement for 2019

In order to further lock up the purchase resources of silicomanganese in 2019 and ensure a smooth production, Jiujiang Pinggang Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. recently signed a strategic cooperation agreement for 2019 with a supplier in Guangxi.
Since 2018, some raw material and fuel have been under restricted production, and the purchase resources are very tight. In order to ensure a smooth production of the company, in recent days, the procurement personnel, after visits and negotiations, finally signed a strategic framework agreement with a Guangxi company about an annual supply of 20,000 tons and an average monthly supply of no less than 1,500 tons. After successfully completing the first trial delivery of 1,000 tons, the supplier will also rationally allocate production according to the contractual demand of Jiujiang Pinggang.
It is understood that the Guangxi company, with an annual output of 500,000 tons of silicomanganese, is one of the largest silicomanganese alloy production bases in Southwest China, also one of the world's most advanced production and R&D bases for ferroalloys and new materials.
