Jianlong Group reorganizes Xilin Iron and Steel

On December 24, 2018, Beijing Jianlong Group's bankruptcy reorganization draft plan for 40 companies including Xilin Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. was formally approved by Yichun intermediate people's court of Heilongjiang province. On the afternoon of December 25th, representatives of Jianlong Group presided over the management meeting of Xilin Iron and Steel, indicating that Jianlong Group formally started the bankruptcy reorganization of Xilin Iron and Steel.
It's learned that Jianlong Group will successively invest RMB3.4 billion in upgrading related to work safety, environmental protection and technology of Xilin Iron and Steel within two years. After the above upgrading is finished, Xilin Iron and Steel will have a total annual production capacity of 5.8 million tons and become a large group company, which has annual sales of RMB25 billion and annual taxes of over RMB1 billion and directly and indirectly creates more than 30,000 jobs for local people. By then, Jianlong Group will have an annual production capacity of 32 million tons of steel and rank among the top 5 companies in the domestic steel industry.
