Large silver mine discovered in Luoning Henan

It was learned from Henan Bureau of Geo-exploration & Mineral Development that a large silver mine was discovered in Zhonghe Yinduo metal mining area in Luoning County. The initial estimate was 1,510t of silver metal, 280,000t of lead, and 320,000t of zinc.
Chang Yunzhen, the project leader predicted that after further work, it is expected to find 2,000t of silver metal resources, 600,000 tons of lead and zinc. Silver, lead, and zinc mines are all large scale.
Previously, the Bureau has identified China's largest silver mine - Tongbai silver mine located in Zhuzhuang Township, Tongbai County, Nanyang, with a proven silver metal amount of 2,661.5t.
