Tus-Sound to construct comprehensive utilization project of waste lithium-ion battery

Tus-Sound reported on the morning of September 27 that the company plans to invest about RMB124 million to construct a comprehensive utilization project of waste lithium-ion battery in Xiaochang, Hubei. And the project will be implemented by Bocheng Environment Protection Co., Ltd., its wholly-owned subsidiary.
Besides, in order to promote the project construction, Sound Recycling Resources, another wholly-owned subsidiary, plans to add more investment to Bocheng Environment Protection, including increasing its registered capital from RMB5 million to RMB50 million and all newly-added registered capital of RMB45 million will be paid by Sound Recycling Resources. After the capital increase, Sound Recycling Resources will hold 100% of Bocheng Environment Protection's registered capital.
