Recently, Guangxi Department of Land and Resources held a seminar on the exploration of manganese ore and tin ore in Guangxi province to study and deploy 2019-2020 manganese ore and tin ore prospecting work in the region.
At the request of the meeting, efforts should be made to promote the prospecting work of manganese ore and tin ore in the autonomous region, and to complete the 8 ~10 years of target task of prospecting. Firstly, enterprises will increase investment in exploration, strive to achieve a breakthrough in prospecting in old mines, and increase a number of resources. Secondly, the geological exploration units shall redevelop the original data, carry out comprehensive research and strive to add a number of new exploration areas. Thirdly, the Geological and Mineral Bureau should give full play to the technical advantages of the main Administration Bureau of the Industry, and guide the local prospecting units to strengthen the study on the metallogenic conditions and metallogenic rules of manganese ore and tin ore in the autonomous region. Fourthly, the Geological and Mineral Bureau should speed up the formulation of regional green exploration standards, put forward regional pilot standards for green exploration and promote the regional green exploration.
