BAK Battery's bases in Shenzhen and Zhengzhou see daily output of 1 million batteries

BAK Battery ("BAK") has arranged production of 21700 lithium battery since 2017 and realized quantity production now, with the daily output of power battery in the production bases of Shenzhen and Zhengzhou realizing 1 million.
The production base in Zhengzhou began operation in 2014 and its capacity is higher than that in Shenzhen. It is known that Zhenzhou base has formed a Green Lithium Battery Ecochain basing on lithium energy by means of intelligent manufacturing, intelligent recycle and echelon cycle reuse of power battery and forging an intelligent power platform for new energy vehicle. Since its foundation, Zhenzhou base has been bringing in domestic and overseas advanced high speed automation equipment and realized full-automatic flow production line in combination with its skilful engineering ability. The annual capacity of power battery of Zhenzhou base is 5Gwh currently and will reach 12Gwh in 2020.
Since 2015, BAK Battery has been advancing upgrade of intelligent manufacturing, constructing intelligent manufacturing system of power battery, and trying to realize platformization, servitization and intelligentialize of controlling of productive process; by now, it has seen some achievements. BAK Battery's new energy vehicle's power battery intelligent plant pilot demonstration project was successfully on the list of MIIT's intelligent manufacturing pilot demonstration project in 2017. It is expected that BAK Battery is able to reach an annual capacity of 8Gwh of power battery at the end of 2017.
