Entering the November, insiders watched for the rare earth national reserve this month. However, there were still some different opinions among six groups and State Reserve Bureau, and the national reserve turned out to be a failure. As a result, most rare earth products, such as PrNd, terbium, lanthanum, cerium, yttrium and europium, prices showed downtrend, while dysprosium products' prices stood relatively stable this month. Owing to sliding price in spot market, consumers only purchased for immediate use and delayed replenishments, which resulted in rare deals. Without support from driving policies, insiders predict that rare earth price would hit the bottom next month.
