Yunnan Tin establishes branch R&D center of indium new materials

On July 18, the opening ceremony was held in Hualian Zinc and Indium Co., Ltd. for Yunnan Tin’s branch R&D center of indium new materials.
With indium resources as basis, indium-based new material development as the principal line and the “two centers and three bases” as the overall framework, the establishment of the center combines Hualian Zinc and Indium’s technical advantages in prospecting, mining and smelting processing and transfers the indium resource advantages of Hualian Zinc and Indium into industrial advantages and competitiveness through enhancing innovation in technology, management and mechanism.
The establishment of the branch center marks Hualian Zinc and Indium’s another important step in internationally first-class mining enterprise with integration of mining, dressing, smelting and deep processing.
