Fangda Special Steel announces expected net profit growth of 1.4-1.9 times in semiannual report

On the evening of July 13th, Fangda Special Steel announced the semiannual report on performance growth, anticipating that net profit in H1 will rise to 140% to 190% YOY. In H1 2016, the company achieved net profit of RMB258.85 million with basic earnings of RMB0.20 per share.
The company claimed that the expected performance growth is mainly benefited from a series of national policies on further adjustment of steel supply and demand and the company can keep achieving profit based on firm high steel prices. The company seized the opportunity to deepen reform, strengthen internal management, improve operational efficiency, bringing effective improvement in company operation and profitability, which results in year-on-year growth in operational performance.
