NDRC Rare Earth Office sets up an anti-illegality expert team

In order to further crack down illegal activities in the rare earth industry and to systemize government anti-illegality management in the rare earth industry, the Rare Earth Office under China National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) sets up an expert team to provide technical support in terms of enterprise production technology analysis, inspection on raw material ingredients, financial analysis and lawful administration. The team members come from relevant industrial associations, major rare earth enterprises, research institutes and law organizations.
