Yinxing Energy stops acquisition of rare earth property of Chalco

Ningxia Yinxing Energy Co., Ltd. released on the evening of June 30th that they originally planned to restructure rare earth property of Chalco and 50% shares of Ningxia Yinyi Wind Power Generation Co., Ltd. held by China Aluminum Ningxia Energy Group Co., Ltd. and other property; however, as parties related to rare earth property couldn’t agree on related items, Yinxing Energy which will probably can’t disclose restructuring scheme, has decided to stop restructuring the rare earth property of Chalco and only continue to stimulate the restructuring of 50% shares of Yinyin Wind Power Generation Co., Ltd.
