On the evening of June 29, Yongxing Special Stainless Steel Co., Ltd. announced that it plans to purchase a company from the new energy industry (research, production and sales of lithium products); and in consideration of uncertainties in the proposed purchase and in order to avoid abnormal price fluctuations in its shares, Yongxing Special Stainless Steel suspended trading on its shares from 13:00, June 29, 2017, and will continue to suspend trading on June 30 when the stock exchange opens.
