Signing ceremony of investment agreement on aluminum product processing and passenger car manufacturing projects held in Heqing county

On June 23, the government of Heqing county, together with Yunnan Jiuding Aluminum Products Co., Ltd. and Yunan Lifan Junma Vehicle Co., Ltd., held the signing ceremony of investment agreement on aluminum product processing and passenger car manufacturing projects.
With total investment of RMB2.95 billion and an annual capacity of 200,000t of aluminum products, the aluminum product processing project mainly uses the aluminum liquid, aluminum ingot and other materials produced by the Heqing hydropower aluminum project of Yunnan Aluminum as raw materials to produce aluminum alloy hub, radiator, water tank, stand, bracket, base, shell for aluminum engine the gearbox as well as aluminum alloy auto parts. It is estimated that the project, with Yunnan Jiuding Aluminum Products Co., Ltd. as main investor, can achieve annual output value and tax payment of around RMB7 billion and RMB150 million respectively and provide about 1,200 jobs after completion.
With total investment of approximately RMB3 billion and Yunnan Lifan Junma Vehicle as main investor, the passenger car manufacturing project can manufacture about 10,000 new energy passenger cars and cargo-passenger vans. It is estimated that the project can achieve annual output value and tax payment of around RMB8 billion and RMB100 million respectively and provide about 1,500 jobs after completion.
