PowerChina inks the largest PV project agreement with Argentina

PowerChina singed an agreement with Argentina on the Gaocharui PV project on 17 May, which indicates a great advance of the project.
Gaocharui PV station is located in JuJuy of Argentina with 300MW. The region is quite suitable for the project with high altitude and long hours of sunlight. The lack of power has greatly influenced the daily life of local inhabitants and society development. Therefore, the Argentina government decides to put priority on the project. The project can solve the power supply and promote the economic and social development in the area once completed.
The agreement could help two countries to deepen cooperation and is a major fruit of the One Belt One Road Summit.
