Prices of non-grain oriented electrical steel in major markets of China saw a downward trend during this month on weak customer demand, while those of grain oriented electrical steel went up mainly supported by increase in steel mills’ list prices. The market sales performance continued to be bad under customers’ wait-and-see attitude. With the arrival of the traditionally low season, insiders think the market will keep dim in the coming month.
