The domestic nickel prices continued to see significant decreases in November and had hit the 10-year low level; the end-users’ demand from stainless steel producers was weak and the market remained sluggish, most market participants held negative attitudes towards the domestic nickel market. The prices for 3-month nickel on LME declined to USD8,760/t at the end of November from the figure of USD10,030/t in early November, a decrease of 12
. 7% . The nickel prices may move downward with small fluctuations in December as the market demand from the end-users is hard to see improvement.
