HRC prices decreased nationwide during the month due to the poor market performance. Besides, most traders were not so confident of the market prospect in August, the traditional off-season, though HRC prices rebounded slightly in the second half of this month because of low inventories. Insiders suppose that the HRC price is likely to go down further in August.
