Arsenic metal export market sees stable prices

BEIJING (Asian Metal) 9 Jun 14 - Arsenic metal 99%min export market continues to see stable prices as a result of steady demand. Participants predicted that the prices will keep show steady trends in the coming days.
According to a Hunan-based trader, arsenic metal 99%min export prices are stable at USD1,450-1,500/t FOB China for the time being. “Arsenic metal 99%min export market owns high stability and the export prices don’t fluctuate frequently,” claimed the trader.
The trader also shared with Asian Metal that he sold around 100 tons of arsenic metal 99%min in May, which equals to his monthly average sales.
A source from a Hunan-based producer disclosed to Asian Metal that arsenic metal 99%min export market sees stable demand and prices. The source still quotes USD1,500/t FOB China for the material, the same with that of last week. He is finishing orders received in May and he predicted he will provide around 100-120 tons of arsenic metal 99%min in June.
The trader added that arsenic metal 99%min demand in domestic market is weaker than that of overseas market. The domestic price is hovering at RMB9,400/kg (USD1,541/t) at present, without much change from that of last week.
