BEIJING (Asian Metal) 21 Apr 14 - According to producers, arsenic metal 99%min market sees increasing inquiries while the prices show stable tendencies for the time being.
A Hunan based trader expressed to Asian Metal that arsenic metal 99%min inquiries increase a bit at the moment. The export and domestic prices are USD1,450-1,500/t FOB China and RMB9,600/t (USD1,600/t) at the moment, without much change from those of last week. “We received more inquiries for arsenic metal 99%min these days and our sales volumes are a bit higher than the average monthly sales volumes,” said the source.
The trader also claimed that they usually sell 80 tons and 20 tons of arsenic metal 99%min to overseas and domestic buyers respectively. Her last deal was concluded at RMB1,500/t FOB China last week.
Another trader in Hunan, China also reported increasing inquiries in arsenic metal 99%min market, especially in domestic market. The source expressed that demand for arsenic metal 99%min in domestic market is poor and he can just sell around 20 tons of the material to domestic buyers as usual. “I predicted that I can sell around 25 tons of arsenic metal 99%min this month,” added the source, who also noted that he has exported around 60 tons of the material so far this month.
According to the trader, arsenic metal 99%min domestic and overseas prices are hovering at USD1,500-1,550/t FOB China and RMB9,400/t (USD1,567/t) now, the same as those of last week.
