Chinese silicon carbide market ran steadily in general after the Spring Festival. Supply of grade two black silicon carbide was a bit tight, so prices were rather firm, but it was difficult for the price to go up as demand did not improve after the festival. Grade one black silicon carbide market kept stable, while prices failed to move up due to large stocks. As for export market, demand from overseas consumers remained weak, so the market was fairly quiet, but prices kept relatively stable.
