Chinese tantalum and niobium market kept dull, and the trading volume was small in October. The domestic and overseas customers were still inactive in making deals, and held unfavorable attitudes towards the future market as the demand showed no recovering signs. Tantalum concentrate import prices went down continuously this month, and it is predicted that the prices will continue to dip further in the near future. But owing to the weak demand, only a few deals were concluded. Moreover, the niobium concentrate prices also went down slightly in China.
