Prices of seamless pipe went down slightly this month and most market participants forecasted a further price decline in the coming November with the weather getting colder and demand shrinking. Though leading mills maintained list prices of seamless pipe for November production narrowly stable, mills in Shandong Province kept lowering ex-works prices influenced by price decline of raw materials like iron ore and steel billet. Insiders deem the price of seamless pipe is likely to go down further next month.
