This month, most big steel mills in China kept list prices of HGI coil unchanged for November production, dragged by the softened support from prices of raw materials. Prices of HGI coil in Chinese prevailing markets witnessed a downward trend in the second half of October, which was affected by the price decrease of CRC and HRC. Taking the unreleased demand from downstream industries into consideration, insiders deem HGI coil market is hard to make progress next month.
