In July the Chinese vanadium market continued decreasing with thin orders concluded. Most participants were bemused about the low prices of vanadium products. Most vanadium producers were forced to reduce their output or shut down production, and there remains no sign for the market to improve in the near term. Meanwhile, Chinese vanadium export market remained quiet, as most foreign buyers have left the market.
