BEIJING (Asian Metal) 19 Jul 13 – Chinese black silicon carbide production capacity accounts above 50% of the total capacity all over the world. Besides China, other countries like Russia, Ukraine, Venezuela, and Holland and so on. So far, Chinese black silicon carbide production capacity is above 1.3 million ton per year, while the operating rate is only 50-60% due to the sluggish market.
