Aluminum ingot price in Chinese domestic market kept rebounding for half a month recently, due to decreasing stocks. However, Chinese primary aluminum production did not decrease obviously these months, because no smelting plants cut production further. Meanwhile demand for aluminum did not show much improvement even in boom season. The decrease of aluminum ingot stocks can be attributed to fast-growing output of aluminum semi-products and the delivery of aluminum ingots bought by SRB. Chinese aluminum market is still in great surplus, and rebound of aluminum ingot price cannot last long.
