Although copper rod production capacity is surplus in Chinese market, domestic supply has been tight since early April, and consumers are eager to make purchase. In this case, suppliers take the opportunity to raise the processing charges. In the past few days, copper prices in China fluctuated narrowly, and the spot premium stood highly. Copper rod supply in the domestic market remains tight, and the tightness may not ease obviously in the near term.
