Rare earth market was flat in March and the prices dropped a bit. Both domestic and export markets saw few transactions. On one hand, a grim economy outlook depressed rare earth demand; on the other hand, purchasers always thought rare earth prices still hadn’t hit the bottom and held wait-and-see attitudes further.
