As the traditional peak season, March is a good time for steel price to go up. However, the current production and inventory of CRC in Chinese prevailing markets keep running at a high level, which makes the imbalance between demand and supply outstanding as time goes by. In addition, some governments from foreign countries conduct AD duty on CR materials from China. All these factors made the CRC price rebound in March fail to be released. Taking the current situation into consideration, insiders deem CRC price will increase a little in April, but the stagnant market situation cannot be reversed.
