The futures price of steel was hit heavily in March domestically as the Five National Regulation Policies on Real Estate have been issued, and the price of steel and steel billet floored since the start-up of environment inspection. However, the steel billet market has slightly warmed up following the news that NDRC approved several projects. As of the end of March, details for the five regulation policies were proposed, which is another hit against the futures market of steel, so the price of steel billet have kept staggering at floors with the huge social stock.
