Asian Metal visits Arafura Resources, Hastings Technology Metals and Denham Capital

On July 25, 2018, Asian Metal's rare earth consultant Vivian Pang visited Arafura Resources Ltd., Hastings Technology Metals Ltd. and Denham Capital in Australia and was warmly welcomed by them.
On the morning of July 25, Vivian Pang visited Arafura Resources Ltd. and talked with Lloyd Kaiser, GM of Marketing and Technological Development Department, and Richard Brescianini, GM of Exploitation and Development Department of the company. Mr. Lloyd noted that the company's Nolans Rare Earths Project in North Australia goes well and have passed the environmental approval now. The project is expected to come on stream in 2021 and its annual capacity of rare earth oxides can reach 14,000t after full production. He is very interested in Asian Metal's information, hoping to have an in-depth understanding, and intends to become a member of Asian Metal.
On the afternoon of July 25, Vivian Pang visited Hastings Technology Metals Ltd. and Stefan Wolmarans, COO and Robin Zhang, Engineering Manager of the company welcomed her. Both sides had deep communication on the current rare earth price trend and outlook of supply and demand. The company is exploring rare earth ore and constructing the separation plant in Yangibana, Gascoyne, West Australia, expecting to put the plant into operation in 2020. It has built beneficiation and hydrometallurgical pilot plants which produce mischmetal carbonate samples rich in Pr and Nd at the moment. Hastings Technology Metals expects to see an output of 15,000tpy of mischmetal carbonate after the beneficiation plant comes on stream completely. Mr. Stefan and Mr. Zhang thought highly of timely and accurate information provided by Asian Metal and praised the 10th International Rare Earth Summit held by Asian Metal in Sanyan of Hainan on May 10-11, 2018.
Later, Vivian Pang visited Denham Capital and exchanged opinions on rare earth projects outside of China with Alex Deng, Vice President of the company which invests various mineral projects, including ionic rare earth project in Brazil. Alex enquired Asian Metal's quotation mechanism and Vivian Pang explained in detail. Both sides will enhance communication and seek opportunities for further cooperation.
