Asian Metal visits Yifeng Xintai, Jiangxi Southern Rare Earth High-tech, Qiandong Rare Earth, Shangyou Dongjin
On March 29, 2018, the rare earth analyst Eric Qiu and the general manager assistant Wei Shuyong from Asian Metal visited Yifeng Xintai New Material Co., Ltd., Jiangxi Southern Rare Earth High-tech Co., Ltd., Qiandong Rare Earth Group Co., Ltd., Shangyou Dongjin Rare Earth Smelting & Trade Co., Ltd., etc. By conducting a field survey of related companies, Asian Metal inquired about customer needs effectively and invited above companies to attend the 10th International Rare Earth Summit held by Asian Metal in Sanya, Hainan on May 10 and 11.
On the morning of March 29, Asian Metal visited Yifeng Xintai New Material Co., Ltd. and had a discussion with the company's general manager Liu Xiaoyun. Mr. Liu expressed high recognition for Asian Metal providing third-party reference prices and decision-making consultation services to industry companies, and introduced development history of the company and their current cooperation with Ganzhou Jisheng Technology Co., Ltd. At present, the company processes about 600 tons of NdFeB scrap per month.

Later, Asian Metal paid a visit to Jiangxi Southern Rare Earth High-tech Co., Ltd. and made an in-depth exchange with the company's vice general manager Tao Yong, deputy director of marketing department Wang Xiaofei, and business manager Zhou Xiang. Wei Shuyong introduced AM's quotation mechanism and development direction of Asian Metal in the future. Mr. Tao indicated that Southern Rare Earth High-tech is focusing on domestic sales of metal products currently, and he would like to learn more about rare earth oxide market and policy news in Ganzhou, inventory of downstream magnetic material industry, tax subsidies and policies in Baotou and overseas low-price raw material through Asian Metal. In addition, both sides stated that they will strengthen the communication about industry data.

On the afternoon of March 29, Eric Qiu and Wei Shuyong called at Qiandong Rare Earth Group Co., Ltd. and talked with director of sales department Song Guangming and director of purchasing department Xiao Qiulan respectively. Wei Shuyong introduced Asian Metal's market price and industry data mechanism. Qiandong Rare Earth Group expects that Asian Metal would adhere to its credibility of the third party continuously. The plant disclosed that they would strive to participate in the 10th International Rare Earth Summit held by Asian Metal in Sanya.

At last, Asian Metal visited Shangyou Dongjin Rare Earth Smelting & Trade Co., Ltd. and communicated with general manager Chen Ruiwen. Mr. Chen spoke highly of Asian Metal as a price reference in rare earth market. He stated that the company is concerned about industry data and expects the two parties to have long-term cooperation in these aspects. Wei Shuyong briefed Mr. Chen on quotation mechanism and related work on industry data of Asian Metal, and the 10th International Rare Earth Summit. Mr. Chen said that the company will raise ferromanganese output in 2018 and strive to make the single product more influential and competitive.
