OVERVIEW

In 2017, as strategic metals benefited from supply-side structural reforms, prices for non-ferrous metals, such as indium, germanium and gallium, showed an upward trend in China and the listed companies involving indium and germanium products generally turned losses into profits. Then, whether the non-ferrous metal industry can usher in new opportunities in 2018 or not?

The shutdown of backward production capacity has effectively reduced the excess supply in the market; the demand for indium, germanium and gallium has been stimulated by the localization of ITO target, the development in localization of fiber-grade germanium tetrachloride production, the mass production of CIGS PV, and the growth spurt of GaAs and other industries. Donna is based at Indium Corporation’s headquarters in Clinton,NY.
Donna has more than 15 years of metals market experience from numerous roles and responsibilities, including Director of Global Procurement for a global premium alloy company and Director of Metallurgical Operations and Procurement for a global tungsten based business. 5. In case that force majeure factors (war, natural disasters, outbreaks, administrative orders, etc.) led to the closure of the forum, the registration fee paid will be refunded and the contract will be terminated automatically with neither party liable for such termination.

Economy and Technology[2007] no. 393), "Research Center for Germanium Materials Engineering Technology in Yunnan Province" approved and recognized by Yunnan province in 2010.In December 2015, it was approved and recognized by the National Development and Reform Commission as a State-Level Enterprise Technology Center [2015] 3264 mainly engaged in the germanium single crystal and wafer for solar battery application, ultra high purity germanium and high-purity germanium detector, the infrared optical germanium precision components, infrared thermal imager, germanium high-end new products, indium phosphide single crystal and wafer and the core key technology development and industrialization technology development of other semiconductor materials.
During the National Twelfth Five-Year Plan period, the Company established an input mechanism of new technology and new product research and development and another mechanism of technology innovation cooperation. In collaborations with the Institute of Semiconductors of Chinese Academy of Science, Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Shenzhen University, North China Electric Power University and other colleges and universities, the Company established a research team based on academician and researcher of Chinese academy of science, set up a research and development platform for production, learning and research, thus realized the integration of research, industry and trade. Through independent and cooperative research and development, the Company has mastered 48 key technologies including germanium, gallium arsenide, silicon and other semiconductor materials, and realized the industrialization of intensive processing through the transformation of achievements.
The company has presided over and participated in the formulation of the National Germanium Industry Standard, 41 projects altogether, and is drafting 9 standard items. In 2011 and 2015, it twice won the award of the Standardization Innovation Contribution of Yunnan Province, and won eight awards for Excellence in National semiconductor Materials Standard successively.Undertaken 2 National Science and Technology Support Projects, 1 national science and technology Project 863, 6 provincial and municipal science and technology projects;
There are 65 authorized patents, including 23 invention patents. Successively won the first prize of Technical Invention of Yunnan Province in 2014, Annual Science and Technology Innovation Award in 2011, more than 10 scientific and technological awards, including Science and Technology Progress Award of Yunnan Province.

High-purity germanium dioxide of “Lin Xin Yuan” enjoyed the same reputation later on in October 2013. "Germanium single crystal and wafer for high-efficiency solar battery" and "organic germanium-132" were awarded the key new products in Yunnan province in 2014. "Germanium dioxide, organic germanium" of “Lin Xin Yuan” were approved and recognized as the famous trademark of Yunnan province in 2010.
