Shenhua Group recently confirmed that Shenhua Zhunneng Group's "Demonstrative IP Project of 300,000tpy High-Al Fly Ash Comprehensive Utilization" and "Process Package Preparation Project of 125,000tpy Alumina Demonstrative IP Project" had been formally approved, meaning that the projects would soon start construction.
The Demonstrative IP Project of 300,000tpy High-Al Fly Ash Comprehensive Utilization, located in the coal-power and aluminum recycling economy industrial park of Ordos and invested by Shenhua Group's own funds, has an annual capacity of 125,000t of alumina, 65,000t of aluminum metal, 125,000t of gallium metal, 5,000t of iron oxide red and 26,000t of water purification agent.
