Chinese indium metal market continues to move slowly in October. Demand from downstream industry is still soft with rare deals are concluded successfully in the spot market. The price of indium metal 99.99%min decreases from RMB 3,550-3,650/kg (USD568-584/kg) VAT included to RMB3,400-3,500/kg (USD544-560/kg) VAT included. The decreasing range is RMB150/kg (USD24/kg) VAT included. Without the support of demand, market participants noted that in the coming month rates of indium metal 99.99%min will go downward slightly.
