Molybdenum market saw no improvement in July, with prices decreasing continuously. In China, mainstream prices of molybdenum concentrate broke through the line of RMB1,500/mtu (USD10.80/lb), drawing near to the line of RMB1,400/mtu (USD10.08/lb). In Europe, molyoxide prices moved down to USD12.00/lb without any sign of recovery in August.
