Selenium and tellurium market stays quiet in June when downstream demand keeps decreasing. As manganese production slides together with the price dropping further, demand of selenium dioxide is very weak and selenium dioxide prices also keep moving downturn. Depressed by the slow demand in consumer markets, selenium price also slides in global markets where supply is accumulating. Tellurium price drops relatively slower whose supply is not that abundant. Some producers are very reluctant to release any material due to no profits. Most participants are pessimistic about the future market.
